By using OneDropConvert ("the service", "we"), you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. The service

OneDropConvert provides tools that convert, compress, resize and combine images. All processing happens in your web browser on your own device. We do not receive, store or have access to your files.

The free plan allows 10 conversions a day without an account. OneDropConvert Pro, a paid subscription, removes the daily limit.

2. Your files and your responsibility

You keep all rights to the files you use with the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, convert and share them, and for how you use the results.

Don't use the service for anything illegal or to infringe anyone else's rights.

3. Pro subscriptions

  • Price and billing. Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year (plus any applicable tax), charged in advance through Stripe.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. Cancel anytime from your account page ("Manage billing"). You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again.
  • Refunds. If Pro isn't working for you, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we'll help, including a refund where appropriate. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law.
  • Price changes. We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
  • Your account. Keep access to your email or Google account secure; anyone who can sign in as you can use your subscription. One subscription is for one person.

4. Provided "as is"

The service (free and Pro) is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to make conversions accurate, but we can't guarantee that every file will convert correctly or that the service will always be available. Keep your original files until you've checked the results.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, files or profits.

6. Fair use

Please don't try to disrupt the website, overload it with automated requests, get around the free daily limit by automated means, or copy it wholesale. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Open-source software

The service includes open-source components under their own licences. See open-source credits.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.
