Add two or more PDFs. They're joined in list order: use the arrows on a file to move it up or down.

Merge PDF files into a single document in seconds. Add the PDFs, put them in order and press "Merge PDFs". Everything happens in your browser, so contracts, statements and applications are never uploaded.

How to merge PDF files

  1. Add your PDFs

Drop two or more PDF files onto the box, or tap "Choose PDFs".

  2. Set the order

The list order is the page order. Use the up and down arrows on each file to move it.

  3. Merge and download

Press "Merge PDFs", then download your combined PDF.

What merging does

Merging copies every page of each PDF, in the order you set, into one new PDF. The pages themselves aren't changed or re-compressed: text stays selectable, links and vector graphics stay sharp, and the file is usually about the size of the originals added together.

Bookmarks, form fields and digital signatures from the originals may not carry over, because a merged file is a new document. If a PDF is password-protected, remove the password in your PDF reader first.

Why use OneDropConvert?

  • Private. PDFs are combined on your device and never uploaded.
  • Your order. Move files up or down before merging.
  • No quality loss. Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered.
  • Works on phones. Merge attachments right from your iPhone or Android.
  • Free, no watermark, no sign-up.

Send one PDF instead of five

Applications and claims often ask for a single PDF: an ID scan, a payslip, a bank statement and a signed form. Add them all, put them in the order the form asks for, merge, and upload one file.

Have photos instead of PDFs? Turn them into a PDF first with JPG to PDF, then merge. Need only some pages of a long PDF? Pull them out with Split PDF.

FAQ

How do I combine PDF files into one?

Add the PDFs, arrange them with the arrows, then press "Merge PDFs" and download the result.

Are my PDFs uploaded?

No. They are merged by your browser with the open-source pdf-lib library. Nothing is sent to a server.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are: text stays selectable and images keep their original quality.

How many PDFs can I merge?

Up to 50 at a time on the free plan (200 with Pro), up to 100 MB each. Each PDF counts as one of the day's free conversions.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Not yet. Remove the password in your PDF reader (or print to PDF) and merge the copy.

Can I merge images with PDFs?

Convert the images to a PDF first with JPG to PDF, then merge that PDF with the others.
