Reporting a problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include:

• The page you were using (for example HEIC to JPG).
• Your browser and device (for example Safari on iPhone 15, or Chrome on Windows 11).
• The file format and roughly how large the file was.
• The exact message you saw, if any.

Please don't attach private photos or documents. We don't need them to investigate, and part of the point of OneDropConvert is that your files stay with you.
