PDF too large for a form? Compress the images first
Turn photos of receipts, documents, forms or homework into a single PDF. This JPG to PDF converter also accepts PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC photos, lets you drag pages into order, and builds the PDF entirely on your device, with no upload.
How to convert JPG to PDF
Add your images
Drop JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC files onto the box, or tap "Choose images". Each becomes one page.
Arrange and choose a layout
Drag files (or use the arrows) to set the page order. Pick a page size, orientation and margin if you need them.
Create and download the PDF
Press "Create PDF" and download it. Choose "One PDF per image" if you need separate files.
Why put images in a PDF?
PDF (Portable Document Format) looks the same on every device, prints at the right size and keeps multiple pages together in one file. That's why offices, schools, banks and government services ask for PDFs instead of a pile of photos.
Converting images to PDF doesn't change the photos themselves. Each image is placed on its own page, either sized to the image ("Fit to image") or centred on a standard A4 or US Letter page with an optional margin. JPG photos are embedded as JPG and PNGs as PNG, so screenshots and scans of text stay crisp.
A multi-page PDF is also easier for the person receiving it: one attachment, in the right order, that opens in any browser or PDF reader.
Why use OneDropConvert?
- Private documents stay private. Receipts, IDs, contracts and medical letters are combined on your device, never uploaded.
- HEIC included. iPhone photos go straight into the PDF without a separate conversion step.
- You set the order. Drag to reorder, or use the arrow buttons on touch screens and keyboards.
- Page options. Fit to image, A4 or US Letter; portrait, landscape or automatic; no, small or large margins.
- Free, no watermark, no sign-up.
Combine multiple images into one PDF
The classic case is a document photographed page by page: a lease, a signed form, a school worksheet or a set of receipts for an expense claim. Add all the photos, check the order (the file list is the page order), choose A4 or US Letter with a small margin so it prints neatly, and press "Create PDF".
For expense reports, "Fit to image" keeps each receipt at its natural shape without white space. For printing, a standard page size is better because printers expect it. "Automatic" orientation turns landscape photos into landscape pages.
Big phone photos make big PDFs. If a form limits the PDF size, first run the photos through compress image or resize image, then come back here. Our guide to combining photos into one PDF has more tips for clean, readable results.
FAQ
How do I combine multiple JPGs into one PDF?
Add all the images, arrange them in the list, keep "One PDF" selected and press "Create PDF". Each image becomes a page in that order.
Can I convert iPhone photos (HEIC) to PDF?
Yes. HEIC files are converted automatically as they're added, so you can mix them with JPG, PNG and WebP.
How do I change the page order?
Drag a file up or down in the list on desktop, or use the up and down arrow buttons on each row. The PDF follows the list order.
Which page size should I choose?
A4 is standard in most countries; US Letter in the US and Canada. "Fit to image" makes each page exactly the size of its photo, which is best for viewing on screen.
Does converting to PDF reduce image quality?
JPGs are embedded at high quality and PNGs losslessly. Very large photos are scaled to a maximum of 4000 pixels on the long side to keep the PDF manageable.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. The PDF is built by your browser using an open-source library. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I make a separate PDF for each image?
Yes. Choose "One PDF per image" under Output, then download them individually or all together as a ZIP.
